Child safety standards

ReadersGuild, provided by EchoForge, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to profiles, photos, posts, comments, chat, and every other part of the service.

Prohibited behavior includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexual extortion involving minors, and content that promotes or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Report a concern

Use the Report action on a post, profile, or chat message in the app. You can also contact support@echoforge.to, our child safety contact.

Include the username and where the concerning content or behavior appeared. Do not download, attach, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

How we respond

We review reports, remove confirmed prohibited content, and take action against accounts involved, including permanent removal. We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the relevant regional authority as required by applicable law and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
