Delete your account

You can delete your ReadersGuild account in the app or request deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Without the app

Email support@echoforge.to from the email address linked to your account. Include your username and say that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that email address, contact us so we can verify that the account is yours. Never send your password.

This opens your email app. Send the message to submit your request. If it does not open, email support@echoforge.to directly.

In the app

Open Profile, then Settings. Scroll to Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is permanent.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in identity, profile, library, reading sessions, and posts are removed from our active database when deletion is processed. Your account cannot be recovered afterward.

Uploaded images may remain in file storage after account deletion. Contact us to request removal of those files. Copies other people saved or shared may remain outside ReadersGuild.

Encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule. We may retain the minimum records required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your ReadersGuild account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage your subscription through the store where you purchased it.
